What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?
There might be duty or customs charges in some non European Union countries which are external to our project and are not included in the shipping price.
Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Please check your spam box if you still haven't received a tracking number after 48 hours.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
We do not offer this service for the time being, please contact our customer care team at contact@ratithelabel.com so they can help you find alternative options.

RETURNS
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
If any items are faulty please contact us via our customer service email. You will be compensated with a store credit or the ability to exchange your item. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to cover return shipping fees. All faulty items will need to have tags attached, be unworn and in original packaging. Please email us with your order number and proof of faults to contact@ratithelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order for further assistance. We will inspect all items before issuing credit or an exchange.

Rati embodies the practice of a slow & intention creation process so we make limited productions and don't normally restock unless it is our base range

Our production is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these Terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
